Hotel O Royal Plaza Noida's Finest

"If you book online they will give you a extremely pathetic room which have very bad smell, no A.C. no room service, broken doors and tap, hairs everywhere, cockroach, extremely poor wifi and many more such things for which even ₹200 is very much. Dharamsala are far better than these rooms. If you want a good room they will ask you for more money and start arguing with you that why you have booked online. Please avoid this hotel even if you are getting it free. I don't know why OYO have partnership with them because in the past also customer have complained similar things."

"Doing fruad by not accepting online booking, when try to check-in hotel demand extra money. When I tried to check-in by sharing pin suddenly in oyo app showing pending Rs.440 rupee but I have already paid the booking hotel and it was confirmed. This is totally fraud service. Area manager not accepting completed payment and confirmed booking and argue to pay extra money otherwise can't check-in hotel. Multiple name are place booking confirmed by hotel royal and showing other hotel. Area manager declined this is not the hotel royal. He said, you are is wrong place. As per mentioned direction on oyo app I followed and reached the hotel royal and this is the right hotel. He is declined due to not accepting guest coming from oyo booking app. Even my room was confirmed and totally paid. Only I thing is good receiptist behaviour was good. He also acknowledge there are doing fraud by making tro name of hotel and mostly not accept oyo hotel book. Only cash payment are accepting by property manager."

"It was an absolutely shady experience there. During check in the guy kept staring my phone and asked for extra money. They had no TV as mentioned, had an AC and geyser but they weren't working. The room was not at all cleaned. I asked one of their staff to do something for the mosquitoes in my room but still they didn't bother to do anything. Lastly, they gave the room next to me to some guys who were drunk, abusive and loud. I was very scared to even get out of my room the whole night. The place is not at all safe."

"Worst hotel i have ever stayed in Blanket smells so so much bad Pillows and bedsheet was dirty So many bedbugs, you will get red dots on your body that's for sure Water arrangement is bad, wifi arrangment is worse Nothing good about this stupid hotel"
